Nike – eLearning

Nike elearning to communicate how their new compensation and rewards structure works. This was visible to their 40,000 employees, all across the world. A sleek and simple html surround, with a dark, understated colour scheme so that it blends into the background. The content was then broken down into a number of short scenarios, ensuring that it was as easily digestible as possible. In order to overcome the diversity complications that can arise from using photography, we created a set of abstract, geometric characters to deliver the content. Using the bold colours from the Nike palette, and some simple, playful touches we were able to give the content a more youthful feel without dumbing down.
